Job DescriptionThe QA Analyst develops and executes software test plans to identify software problems and their causes. This individual works closely with developers, business analysts, project managers and project teams to define prioritize and communicate test requirements, test results and the status of QA related tasks to ensure the project goals and objectives are met. The QA Analyst is matrixed to a QA team to evaluate and recommend best practices for the evolution of the QA within the organization.
