Our Loan Officers are expected to consistently work lead opportunities, use our dialing systems, prospect, follow up with clients, manage their pipelines, and create conversations. This is not a position where you simply wait for inbound calls. We provide the opportunities, systems, and support. What you turn those opportunities into depends on your activity, sales ability, follow-up, and execution. Mortgage origination experience is preferred, but the number of years you've spent in the industry is not the only thing that matters here. Compensation Expected earnings range: $80,000 – $300,000+ annually This is a production-based sales position, and actual compensation varies based on individual performance and the applicable terms of the company's compensation plan. Our compensation structure includes: Uncapped commission opportunity Guaranteed non-recoverable floor pay protection Earn whichever is higher: your applicable commissions or guaranteed floor pay Referral incentive opportunities Team contests and bonuses The advertised earnings range represents potential compensation for this position and does not guarantee any specific level of earnings. Actual compensation depends on individual production and the applicable terms and eligibility requirements of the company's compensation plan. What You'll Do As a Loan Officer at Clear2 Mortgage, you'll manage the borrower relationship from initial conversation through closing while actively building and maintaining your pipeline. You'll: Work company-provided lead opportunities and prospect consistently Utilize company dialing and communication systems Follow up with borrowers and manage your pipeline Consult with clients regarding purchase and refinance mortgage options Analyse borrower qualifications and recommend appropriate financing solutions Match borrowers with available mortgage products through our wholesale lending partners Guide clients through the mortgage process from application through closing Build and maintain strong client and referral relationships Deliver an exceptional customer experience Work closely with processors, underwriters, and operations teams Maintain compliance with applicable federal and state mortgage lending requirements The Support Behind You Loan Officers should be able to spend meaningful time doing what drives production: Talking to clients.
