Youll begin in a client-facing sales and benefits role , working virtually with families while developing skills in communication, sales, relationship building, and leadership. As you demonstrate results and master the fundamentals, opportunities for increased responsibility, training others, and advancement into management may become available.

No prior management experience is required. Were looking for potentialnot a management title on your rsum.

• Meet virtually with clients and families to understand their needs
• Explain supplemental benefits and available protection options
• Develop professional communication, presentation, and sales skills
• Participate in structured training, coaching, and leadership development
• Build strong client relationships and provide ongoing service
• Work toward performance benchmarks for advancement
• Develop the skills needed to mentor and eventually lead others
