Hospitality, restaurant, retail, workplace, or mixed‑use experience preferred. NCIDQ certification or progress toward licensure is a plus. Technical Skills Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and visualization software such as Enscape or Lumion. Strong understanding of commercial construction documentation and detailing. Experience selecting and specifying commercial finishes, furnishings, lighting, and fixtures. Working knowledge of building materials, accessibility requirements, and applicable building codes. Experience with Bluebeam, BIM collaboration, and specification writing is a plus. What Makes You Successful at DxU We're looking for someone who is: Passionate about hospitality and experience‑driven design. Curious, creative, and committed to continuous learning. Organized, detail‑oriented, and accountable. Collaborative and comfortable working across multidisciplinary teams. Professional, client‑focused, and an effective communicator. Ready to take ownership of project responsibilities while mentoring and supporting junior team members. As an Interior Designer II, you'll begin leading portions of projects, coordinating consultants and vendors, mentoring entry‑level designers, and taking ownership of project deliverables from concept through construction. Why DxU? At DxU, you'll be part of a collaborative team that believes exceptional design grows from strong relationships, shared knowledge, and a commitment to professional excellence.
